Once a month, Christian hosts small-group sessions where one person works with me in real time while the rest of the group witnesses, tracks their own sensations, and learns through shared presence. It’s a unique opportunity to experience somatic therapy in the community, deepening self-awareness, building nervous system capacity, and connecting with others in an intentional, supportive space.
